Chatteris drugs warrant carried out by neighbourhood officers

Neighbourhood officers had an early start last week, when they carried out a drugs warrant in Chatteris following concerns raised about drug dealing in the area.

As a result of this, a small quantity of class A and class B drugs were seized. No arrests have been made and enquiries into the matter are ongoing.

Targeting drug dealing and drug use across March, Whittlesey, and Chatteris is one of the team’s current priorities, and information from the community plays a vital role in helping them identify hotspot areas and those involved.
